Daniel brings +20 years experience in M&A, capital markets, private equity and performance improvement gained at leading investment banks and private equity firms.

Prior to founding Addere Capital, Daniel served on a number of corporate finance and operational roles for financial sponsors; Director at leading private equity AnaCap Financial Partners overseeing investments and portfolio companies in the UK and Southern Europe and an Executive Director in the Financing Group at Goldman Sachs leading strategic equity origination and structuring for European blue chips. During this period, Daniel led investments, carve-outs, restructurings, turn-arounds and operational improvement, M&A processes and capital markets' transactions.

Prior to initiating a career in finance, Daniel was a Spanish solicitor at Uría & Menéndez in the financing group. Admitted to the Madrid Bar Association.

Daniel is fluent in English and Spanish and has working knowledge of French, Italian and Portuguese and is based in London.
