Addere Capital firstly performs an in-depth analysis and benchmarking of the company’s strategy; value creation initiatives; projects portfolio; top and bottom lines; and organizational, commercial, business and operational models.
Our objective is then to identify opportunities, levers, accelerators, “drags”, roadblocks and dependencies; agree clear objectives with management; and define and/or develop the optimal KPI set going forward.
Having identified the set of performance improvement opportunities and subsequent impacts, our specialists will develop a prioritised action plan (high, medium, low impacts) taking into account execution costs/benefits; implementation time, milestones and dependencies; and execution risks and mitigating factors for each initiative, while highlighting quick wins.
Additionally, we will propose the optimal Implementation Plan Governance Structure together with the ongoing set of metrics.
