GIORGIO MUSAZZI - PARTNER

Giorgio brings +20 years senior experience in private equity, special situations, restructuring, non-core assets/NPL management and M&A gained in investment banks and private equity firms.

Prior to joining Addere Capital, Giorgio served as Head of M&A and Direct Investments at Swiss Merchant Corporation negotiating, structuring and executing transactions for Italian and Swiss corporates as well as managing the portfolio companies and as Director at Suits NPL Investments (acquisition and management of NPLs).

Prior to SMC and SNPL, Giorgio served as Head of Restructuring & Special Situations at Banca Profilo and previously at Gallo & C. (Gruppo Meliorbanca). Giorgio additionally brings 6 years private equity experience gained as investment manager at Argos Soditic and FIDIA SGR (Gruppo Mediobanca).

Giorgio is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and is based in Milan.

• Over 15 PE transactions over €250 million – acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, mergers
