WILLIAM VANDYK - MANAGING DIRECTOR

William has over 20 years’ senior experience in M&A, IPO’s, capital markets transactions, private equity and corporate development, and has worked in organisations from start-ups to FTSE100 institutions.

Prior to joining AddereCapital, William was Head of Corporate Finance & Strategy at Schroders Personal Wealth, the wealth management joint venture between Schroders and Lloyds Banking Group, where he was responsible for inorganic growth. Joining the JV in its early days as the first recruit from outside of the two partners, he created and enacted an acquisition strategy designed to take the business to top 3 by AUM and number of advisers within 5 years.

In the earlier part of his career, William was a director and partner in a number of small and mid cap focussed corporate finance boutiques in London. William has advised clients across every industry sector but particularly focusses on financial services, TMT and leisure.

In addition to his advisory work, he has acted as principal on a number of acquisitions and disposals in banking and broking.
